• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure
your full service.
• For the comfort of everyone at spa paradiso and salon, please
turn off all phones,
pagers and alarms.
• If your service is going to last more than 30 minutes, please
make arrangements
to have children cared for.
• Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients. Envelopes
are provided at the
reception desk.
• We welcome large parties and corporate events!
Spa Policies
• Cancellations: Please be reminded that we require a 24 hr. cancellation notice and
72 hrs. for groups, or a charge of 50% of the services scheduled for you will be made.
We reserve the right to charge 100% of the services made for no-shows.
• Payments: We accept Visa & Mastercard. There will be a $25 cost for returned checks.
• Returns and refunds: Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase for
merchandise credit.
• Health Issues: We ask that you let our staff know about any health issues such
as pregnancy, recent surgery, handicaps, or existing medical conditions such as
hypertension, heart disease, allergies or injuries. To avoid sensitivities please
discontinue use of AHA products 48 hours prior to waxing services. Do not schedule
waxing services for at least 6 months after completing Accutane medication.
